5 Steps to grow as an entrepreneur:
1. Focus on one field
I know that sometimes we want to make posters, logos, manage social networks, consultancy, web pages, etc. This is how you start, but I recommend that you focus on only 1 field. This will help you hone your skills and give 100%. It is not a bad thing to offer additional services, as long as we are clear about our north.
2. Continue acquiring knowledge
It is never too late to learn. You can start by reading books related to your niche, watching tutorials and attending workshops. I have always believed that the best way to learn is by doing, but theory should never be lacking.
3. Create relationships
All fields are occupied by a large number of people. Take action, open conversations with entrepreneurs in your new field, network with them and share your experience.
4. Accepts Constructive Criticism
How difficult it is when we do not accept that we make mistakes, but there is a saying that mistakes make us stronger. People do not want to listen to advice from a robot, or machines, people want to listen to people who make mistakes, just like them, who feel identified.
5. Reinvent yourself
If the above steps don’t work for you, there’s nothing wrong, it means it’s time to reinvent yourself. Target other niches that interest you and make the most of them.
